From the outside looking in, I was terrified to step foot into a CrossFit gym. It had been something I had been thinking about trying for awhile, but kept chickening out. Finally one of my best friends joined 053 and talked me into trying a free class. I was instantly hooked. It challenged me in ways that no other form of fitness has. It amazed me how workouts could be programmed to fit every individual no matter what level of fitness they are at. I have been doing CrossFit now for almost 2 years and I can honestly say that it is not just a form of fitness for me but a passion of mine as well. Not only is the community at CrossFit 053 amazing, but watching yourself mentally and physically transform is truly like nothing else. No matter what level of fitness you are at, CrossFit is for everyone. I highly recommend it at CrossFit 053. After all, we were voted the best gym in Bucks County!

I love my gym!! I was a complete novice at Crossfit but have kept at it here for almost 2 years. I have transformed my body and my mind. The workouts are always challenging,fun, and different everyday. I still surprise myself at what I’m capable of. The coaches are excellent and the members are extremely supportive. I’d never think of going anywhere else.

After attending an Open House at Crossfit 053, I was so inspired by the sense of community and energy portrayed during the WODs that day that I really wanted to sign up, however, I was scared to even think about joining 053 because I was overweight, knew nothing about fitness and was out of shape. A friend convinced me to give it a try. Deciding to show up at my first Crossfit class was overwhelming – I think my hands shook the entire time I was there, but that was over two years ago now. Crossfit has helped me lose weight, gain strength, get in shape and most of all, gave me my confidence back. Not a class goes by where I don’t learn something new or learn something more about myself. The coaches care about your progress and your well being; they motivate and challenge you consistently so you are always surprising yourself and improving your fitness. Thanks to the nutrition challenges they run periodically, I now understand nutrition better than I ever did and am still constantly learning thanks to the help of the coaches. The members who attend the classes are so supportive and encouraging and it really promotes a great atmosphere. Crossfit 053 is for everyone and I think you owe it to yourself and health to give it a try!
